Job Description :We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role requires a professional with a strong background in front-end technologies, specifically in React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. As a Lead Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of user interfaces, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.Responsibilities :- Lead Front-End Development : Take ownership of front-end development projects, ensuring high-quality and efficient coding practices.- Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to implement and deliver features.- Code Review and Mentorship : Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.- Technical Design : Participate in the design and architectural discussions, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.- Optimize Applications : Ensure the applications are optimized for speed and scalability.- Maintain Code Quality : Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and ensure the consistency and quality of the codebase.- Stay Updated : Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development.Requirements :- Experience : 3-7 years of hands-on experience in front-end development.Technical Skills :- React : Extensive experience with React, including state management and lifecycle methods.- Redux : Proficiency in Redux for state management. - JavaScript : Strong understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ features.- HTML/CSS : Expertise in HTML5 and CSS3, including pre-processors like SASS or LESS.- Version Control : Experience with Git or other version control systems.Soft Skills :- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.- Ability to work independently and lead a team.- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, etc.- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.- Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Benefits :- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.- Opportunity to work with a talented and collaborative team.- Professional development opportunities and career growth.- Health insurance and other benefits.- Dynamic and inclusive work environment.
