Job Description :

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement tailored solutions within the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that enhance business processes.


Key Responsibilities :

- Experience with Salesforce APIs, Web Services, and RESTful integrations.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security, and integration capabilities.

- Excellent time management and autonomy skills, working independently and as part of a team.

- A critical thinker with a passion for finding technical solutions to business problems.

- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.

- Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders in requirements gathering, design, proof of-concept demonstrations, implementation, and support of solutions we manage.

- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across multiple systems.

- Salesforce certification in administration and/or development is a must have.

- Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with other platforms via APIs and other methods.


Required Skills :


- CPQ Experience is Preferred but not required.


- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent in experience)


- Minimum work experience: 3 years of software development and 4 years of Salesforce application development


- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent in experience)


- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with evidence of exceptional ability


- Experience configuring and developing custom Apex/ Lightning code in the areas of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Workflows, Mobile, Single Sign On, API s, Marketo and integration to enterprise systems.


- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non- technical stakeholders


- Extensive experience developing Apex classes, Apex triggers, VisualForce pages and controllers,JavaScript, JQuery, web services leveraging the Salesforce API in REST, SOAP and Data Management (SQL, XML, JSON) knowledge.


- Experience with a complete software development life cycle


- Experience developing with Lightning, OR an SPA framework such as React, Angular, or Knockout.


- Experience on an Agile Scrum project delivered under Continuous Delivery / DevOps is preferred
