Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilledGolang Leadto drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable backend services and APIs. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Golang, cloud technologies, and microservices architecture, along with strong leadership capabilities to mentor a team of developers and ensure delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end design and development of backend systems usingGolang . Architect and implementmicroservices-based solutionsensuring scalability, security, and performance. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project timelines. Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure efficient code practices. Guide and mentor junior engineers, perform code reviews, and enforce development standards. Integrate third-party services, APIs, and data sources into applications. Work closely with DevOps teams to deploy and monitor services usingDocker ,Kubernetes , andCI/CDpipelines. Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in backend development. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8–12 years of total software development experience, with 5 + years of hands-on experience in Golang . Strong expertise inRESTful API development ,Microservices architecture , anddistributed systems . Experience working withcloud platformslike AWS, Azure, or GCP. Solid understanding ofconcurrency ,data structures , andalgorithms . Hands-on experience withDocker ,Kubernetes ,CI/CD pipelines , and version control (Git). Knowledge ofdatabase technologies(SQL and NoSQL). Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
