Responsibilities:

This role requires a successful candidate to quickly gain an understanding of the product architecture. The Candidate will be required to analyze and respond to the incoming support requests in order to provide quality service to customers while adhering to the stringent SLAs.


Mandatory Skills:

Skill Set Required:

• 10+ years of experience

• AWS knowledge is a must

• Good understanding of AWS service offerings. (Preferably an AWS certified engineer)

• Proficient in the administration and management of the Windows-based infrastructure.

• Proficient in managing and supporting Windows-based Web and Database servers.

• Expert in Troubleshooting & Analytical skills and able to offer alternative solutions.

• Willing to provide support in the night shift / 24x7 work environment.

• Experience with Incident & Change Management.

• Understanding of Automation (PowerShell/VBScript etc.)

• Experience in Training/Presentation and Documentations skills.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Experience with Proactive and Reactive monitoring.

• Good team player but also able to contribute independently.


Nice-to-Have Skills:

Life Insurance and Annuity Domain knowledge.


Languages:

English: C1 Advanced
