Manage collaborationsfrom first contact to published content, ensuring smooth communication and quality results. Work directly with creatorsto refine and elevate the content they produce. Coordinate campaignsacross major social channels — including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Support and grow our creator communitythrough guidance, feedback, and engagement. What We’re Looking For Proven experience buildingaffiliate networksand managinginfluencer collaborations(negotiations, outreach, etc.). Expert knowledge ofaffiliate marketing toolsand apps (e.g., Modash, Social Snowball, web scrapers). Strong understanding ofsocial media trendsacross Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Excellentcommunication and relationship-buildingskills. Confidence innegotiating deals , giving feedback, and coaching creators on content quality. Highlyorganized and self-driven , able to juggle multiple collaborations at once.
