We’re looking for a proactive and creativeCommunity & Affiliate Managerto take ownership of our affiliate and creator partnerships from start to finish. You’ll be the bridge between our brand and the community of influencers, affiliates, and UGC creators who represent us across platforms. You’ll manage everything from outreach and negotiations to campaign coordination and creator support — ensuring every collaboration delivers value and impact. Manage collaborationsfrom first contact to published content, ensuring smooth communication and quality results. Work directly with creatorsto refine and elevate the content they produce. Coordinate campaignsacross major social channels — including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Support and grow our creator communitythrough guidance, feedback, and engagement. What We’re Looking For Proven experience buildingaffiliate networksand managinginfluencer collaborations(negotiations, outreach, etc.). Expert knowledge ofaffiliate marketing toolsand apps (e.g., Modash, Social Snowball, web scrapers). Strong understanding ofsocial media trendsacross Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Excellentcommunication and relationship-buildingskills. Confidence innegotiating deals , giving feedback, and coaching creators on content quality. Highlyorganized and self-driven , able to juggle multiple collaborations at once.
