We are expanding our marketing operations across Rajasthan and looking for a result-oriented Marketing Manager who can lead a dynamic team, drive business growth, and achieve performance excellence.Position Overview:The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the marketing team across multiple cities in Rajasthan. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in field marketing, client acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to meet business goals effectively.Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate the marketing team across multiple branches.Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.Plan and implement promotional campaigns to boost brand visibility and lead generation.Monitor team performance and provide regular training and feedback.Identify potential business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.Coordinate with the management team for business planning and execution.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to drive continuous improvement.Prepare periodic sales and performance reports for management review.Eligibility & Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in Field Sales and Marketing.Proven track record in revenue generation and business development.Strong team handling and leadership capabilities.Prior experience in the Logistics / Transport industry will be an added advantage.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficient in strategic planning, reporting, and performance management.Must be comfortable travelling for business purposes across Rajasthan.Perks & Benefits:Competitive Salary + Attractive Incentive PlanMonthly Performance BonusCompany Support for Team Operations (Travel & Marketing Expenses)Excellent Career Growth Opportunities in a rapidly expanding organization
