Job Description

This person will look at profitability, channel spending, and channel ads delivery. An ideal candidate is a prompt learner who’s primary responsibility is to drive profitable sales in the current and future E-commerce channels.


What you’ll work on:

  • Monitor Sales figures/Reporting and trend to analyses how online activity can be improved to increase revenue.
  • Focus on ACOS / ROAS along with driving sales and reducing wastage - Budget management and forecasting - Monitor the performance of advertising campaigns and drive activity to improve marketing KPIs
  • Manage accounts to identify improvements across content, advertising, and product assortment to reach optimal ROI - Strategic thinking, flawless execution, and insightful data analysis to identify areas of opportunity and deliver sales-driving initiatives - Provide weekly / monthly sales and advertising analytics
  • Ensuring presence of complete product assortment, comprehensive product content (with Hi Res images, A+ Content and Videos).
  • Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase sales and profitability operations.
  • Setting up and managing Amazon Ad campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, bids, and budgets for all assigned accounts on a weekly basis.
  • Performing Keyword Research, Competitor Research, and Market Research for each assigned account.
  • Must have experience in running a conversion-based campaign for E-commerce businesses (Both B2B and B2C) like Amazon/Flipkart.
  • Negotiate advertising contracts/Launch and establishing new businesses
  • Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase sales and profitability operations.
  • Responsible for developing the Sales targets with E-Commerce portals and making 360degree marketing plan to achieve the same on platforms
  • Research and Identify potential market trends, monitor competitor activity and make recommendations for potential promotional opportunities.


Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads & Ecommerce is a MUST
  • Ecommerce experience working on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, other channels is a MUST
  • Ability to plan and manage ecom budget
  • Insightful, Innovative, Collaborative and highly Organized
  • Account Management Experience – Key Account, Institutional etc
  • Ability to take internal and external stakeholders along
  • Willingness to experiment and improve continuously
