Job Description :

Function : Software Engineering Backend Development

As a Technology Lead, you will architect, design, and guide the development of high-volume, distributed, event-driven microservices. You will lead engineering initiatives that power our platform's scalability, resiliency, and compliance capabilities, working closely with product and operations to deliver secure, reliable, and compliant solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Architect and Design highly scalable, event-driven microservices for data compliance workflows.

- Lead Technical Delivery of own end-to-end system design, from proof-of-concept to production.

- Drive Cloud-Native Adoption by leveraging containerization, orchestration, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).

- Implement Observability design logging, monitoring, and tracing solutions (e. g., ELK, Datadog, OpenTelemetry).

- Champion SRE Practices build resilience, automate operational processes, and ensure platform SLAs.

- Optimize Data Storage design and manage NoSQL database usage (MongoDB, Cassandra, or DynamoDB).

- Mentor Engineers foster technical excellence, guide architectural decisions, and lead by example.

- Collaborate Cross-Functionally partner with product, compliance, and infrastructure teams to align on business goals.

Requirements :

- 10+ years of professional software development experience, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.

- Proven track record in building distributed, event-driven, microservices-based applications in Java.

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS) and cloud-native architectures.

- Experience in CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies.

- Expertise in observability tools and concepts, metrics, logs, traces, and dashboards.

- Solid grasp of SRE principles, incident management, chaos engineering, and capacity planning.

- Hands-on with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, etc. ).

- Strong expertise in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) for large-scale, complex systems.

- Experience in Platform Engineering building reusable, scalable, and self-service infrastructure capabilities for multiple teams.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make trade-offs in architecture and design.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences.

Good to Have :

- Experience in data governance, compliance, or security domains.

- Knowledge of stream processing frameworks (Kafka Streams, Flink, Spark Streaming).
