With 90+ clinics, Apollo Sugar has recently introduced a smaller partnership model, "Sugar – Apollo Clinics for Diabetes," to extend their services to a broader audience.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Receptionist, located in Bengaluru. The Clinic Receptionist will be responsible for scheduling appointments, handling phone calls with professionalism, and performing receptionist duties such as greeting patients and ensuring a smooth patient flow. The role also includes familiarity with medical terminology and assisting in medical office operations.Qualifications- Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties - Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling patient inquiries - Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medical Office procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and handle administrative tasks efficiently - Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred - BHA / MHA
