The ideal candidate will play a key role in establishing and managing a start-up clinic, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments, maintaining quality standards, and driving growth through effective operations and marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities:·Manage day-to-day clinical operations, staff scheduling, and workflow coordination.·Oversee the setup and functioning of OPD services, pharmacy, and front-office operations.·Implement operational protocols and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.·Handle patient experience, service quality, and administrative efficiency.·Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and allied departments to ensure seamless operations.·Monitor financial performance, billing, and inventory control.·Lead marketing and promotional activities to drive patient footfall and brand awareness.·Generate and manage leads through both online and offline channels.·Manage vendor relationships and facility maintenance.·Prepare and present operational reports to management.Qualification·MBBS/BDS from recognised institute·Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.·Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital or clinic operations.·Strong understanding of OPD workflow and patient management systems.·Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.·Ability to work in a start-up environment with multitasking capability.·Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management software.Skills:·Smart, proactive, and result-oriented professional.·Ability to identify growth opportunities and implement strategic initiatives.·Experience handling new clinic setups will be an added advantage.What We Offer:·A leadership opportunity within a rapidly growing primary healthcare network.·A collaborative and supportive work culture focused on quality care, safety, and continuous improvement.·Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a dynamic healthcare environment.
