Timings : 7:30 pm to 4:30 am IST (9:00 am- 6:00 pm EST)

Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing, developing and implementing strategies to attract, source, and hire top talent that aligns with the company's goals and values.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates who has experience in hiring US candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including domestic job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Review and evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
  • Develop and maintain the organization's employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and professional impression of the organization.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Screening and identifying relevant candidates to meet the requirement and expectations.
  • Coordination with candidates from interview to onboarding End-to-end process.


Requirements:


  • Excellent or Above Average Communication.
  • 2-5 years of experience required strictly in the Talent Acquisition (US - Staffing) domain.
  • In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Familiarity with hiring recruiters having experience in working with direct, implementation and prime vendors.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
