Inside Sales Executive

- Generate new leads and opportunities through outbound calls emails and social media outreach
- Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of products or services
- Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries to qualify prospects and move them through the sales pipeline
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities
- Negotiate and close sales achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions
- Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitive activities
- Participate in sales meetings trainings and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to potential clients
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in inside sales or telesales role
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced targetdriven environment
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
