We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Website Developer to design, build, and maintain high-performance websites. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, creative problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience in developing responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing websites.Key Responsibilities1. Website Development• Develop responsive, mobile-friendly, and high-performance websites using modern web technologies.• Implement clean, efficient, and well-documented code.• Build new features and optimize existing functionalities.2. Frontend & Backend Tasks• Create intuitive UI/UX using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.• Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.3. CMS & E-commerce Platforms• Build and manage websites using WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom CMS.• Customize themes, plugins, and templates to meet project needs.• Optimize website speed, performance, and SEO readiness.4. Testing, Troubleshooting & Maintenance• Conduct regular testing (performance, functionality, cross-browser, and mobile responsiveness).• Identify bugs, troubleshoot issues, and deploy fixes promptly.• Perform routine updates, backups, and security monitoring.5. Collaboration & Project Execution• Work closely with designers, content teams, and digital marketing teams.• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.• Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.6. Website Optimization• Improve overall website loading speed, responsiveness, and navigation.• Implement SEO-friendly coding practices.• Optimize images, scripts, and server performance.Required Skills & Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree.• 2–3 years of experience as a Website Developer or similar role.• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and modern frameworks.• Experience with backend languages like PHP• Proficiency in WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.• Experience with MySQL database management.• Understanding of UI/UX principles and web accessibility standards.
