Role : Sourcing Specialist (US Recruitment)Scope: Proactively identify and engage top talent through effective internet, database, and social media sourcing strategies.Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition: Utilize various channels (internal databases, job boards, social media) to source and engage qualified candidates for entry to senior-level positions. - Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. - Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to develop effective sourcing strategies. - Sourcing Plans: Create and execute comprehensive sourcing plans tailored to specific client needs.
