The ideal candidate should be proficient in speaking and reading French, with a passion for recruitment and talent engagement.Key Responsibilities- Achieve staffing objectives by identifying and sourcing the right candidates for open and critical roles. - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure hiring goals are met. - Screen candidates based on eligibility criteria and assist them through the registration process on the TCS Careers portal. - Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications with hiring managers. - Source potential candidates through databases, internal systems, social media, and employee referral programs. - Advertise job openings across career pages, job boards, and social media platforms to attract suitable talent.Required Skills & Qualifications- Proficiency in French (reading and speaking) is mandatory. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Prior experience in recruitment/sourcing is an advantage but not mandatory.
