We are now looking for an experienced Sales Executive with a marine background to join our team in Navi Mumbai.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals while upholding our commitment to safety and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily sales activities including prospecting, lead generation, and client meetings
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Travel to meet clients and build long-term partnerships

Who You Are

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-3 years proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experienced in client relationship and account management
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Marine industry background is a plus
  • Knowledge of the safety industry is also a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is an added advantage
  • Willingness to travel as needed
