Job Description

Key role of the candidate is to carry out the compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws, handling legal cases, ensuring compliances under applicable insurance laws for corporate agents, drafting of various agreements, etc. The candidate will also work with the CEO for central functions involving Board reporting and internal communications.

Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  1. Drafting of Agenda and Minutes of the Meetings and Annual Report Documents
  2. Convening board/committee and shareholder meetings and handling compliances thereto
  3. Compliances under Companies Act, 2013 and POSH, ROC and other statutory filings, maintenance of statutory registers
  4. Filing of annual returns of the Company
  5. Filing and renewal of NOC and #x27;s and other statutory licenses.
  6. Periodic inspections by IRDAI, PFRDA and other regulators, if applicable.
  7. Drafting and vetting legal agreements
  8. Assist in preparation of Board and amp; internal presentations
  9. Handling project/partner documentation etc.
  10. Handling investor related statutory communications and relationships

  4. Must project a mature and amp; respectful attitude at work and with the other stakeholders
  5. Excellent presentation skills
  6. Ability to adapt and operate in a fast-paced environment



Educational Qualifications : Company Secretary, LLB

Experience : 2-4 years relevant experience
