Role - SEO Specialist (Mid-senior level)

Location - GURUGRAM (Full time On-site / 5 day work week - Monday to Friday.)


Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SEO Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to enhance our online presence and drive organic traffic to our websites. The SEO Expert will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize website content, conduct keyword research, and analyze data to improve search engine rankings.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Perform keyword research to identify high-value keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
  • Conduct on-page and off-page SEO activities, including but not limited to content optimization, link building, and technical SEO enhancements.
  • Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms.
  • Identify opportunities for website improvement and propose recommendations for enhancing user experience and search visibility.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 5+ years working in SEO, preferably with a D2C Ecommerce brand.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and web analytics.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in SEO or related fields (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot).
  • Experience with local SEO and e-commerce platforms.
  • Understanding of content marketing strategies and social media impact on SEO.
