Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of search engine optimization best practices and have a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing SEO campaigns. Fluency in English is essential, as the role requires clear communication with clients and team members.


Key Responsibilities:

  • On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images to improve search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies that align with client goals.
  • Off-Page SEO: Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search engine visibility. Monitor backlink profiles and ensure compliance with search engine guidelines.
  • Technical SEO: Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve technical issues affecting search engine performance, such as crawl errors, site speed, mobile optimization, and schema markup.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and strategy. Provide recommendations for content optimization and keyword integration.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to monitor website performance, track keyword rankings, and generate detailed reports on SEO progress. Make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of competitor websites and SEO strategies to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • SEO Trends & Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices. Continuously refine and adjust SEO strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and other relevant platforms.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve SEO performance.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
