Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Project Systems (PS) Consultant with extensive experience in configuring and implementing SAP Project Systems, specifically with a focus on Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex SAP configurations and integrations, with proven expertise in various SAP modules and business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configuration & Implementation : Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP Project Systems (PS) with a focus on Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS).

- Master Data Management : Oversee Master Data, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Project Planning Board, Capacity Requirements Planning, and Confirmations.

- Integration : Ensure seamless integration with SAP SD, MM, FI, CO, and HR modules.

- Process Design : Utilize strong business process knowledge to design, develop, and test SAP functions related to WBS elements, networks, milestones, and activities.

- Billing & Claims : Manage RA, RRB, and milestone billing processes effectively.

- Supply Chain Management : Apply extensive experience in the end-to-end supply chain and project processes, including Claim Management.

- Workflow Management : Experience with SAP Project Systems workflows and related master data management.

- Solution Design : Translate user requirements into effective solutions and manage their implementation, including integration testing.

- Communication : Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and sell concepts to a diverse audience.

- RICEFW Objects : Work extensively with RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) objects and possess thorough knowledge of PS objects.

Requirements :

- Experience : 8 to 12 years of hands-on configuration experience in SAP Project Systems (PS).

- Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of Master Data, WBS, Multiple Valuation Approaches, Project Planning Board, Capacity Requirements Planning, Confirmations, RA, RRB, and milestone billing.

- Integration Expertise : Proven experience in integrating SAP PS with SD, MM, FI, CO, and HR modules.

- Process Knowledge : Deep understanding of business processes related to WBS elements, networks, milestones, and activities.

- Workflow Management : Experience in using SAP workflows with Project Systems and master data management.

- Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with experience in presenting ideas and concepts effectively.

- RICEFW Expertise : Extensive experience working with RICEFW objects and a thorough understanding of PS objects.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Certifications : Relevant SAP certifications in Project Systems (PS) or related areas.

- Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
