Job Description:- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.- The ideal candidate should also possess knowledge of LS Retail, which will be considered an added Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.- Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to meet client needs.- Conduct system analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.- Perform data migration, integration, and testing activities to ensure smooth implementation.- Provide training and support to end-users on the use of Business Central and LS Retail modules.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the implementation and usage of the system.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.- Strong understanding of business processes and functional areas within the retail industry.- Knowledge of LS Retail will be considered an added advantage.- Proficient in configuring and customizing Business Central using extensions, AL language, and C/SIDE.- Experience in data migration, integration, and testing activities.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
