Through a comprehensive approach, SAEL Group is poised to make significant contributions to the Government's renewable energy targets, exemplifying our commitment to sustainable and impactful growth.You can know more about us from our website:Key Responsibilities:-Financial modeling, preparation of teaser, information memorandum and presentation for onward sharing with lenders and investors.-Preparation of financial models to check the viability& feasibility of the projects by performing various scenario analyses.-Review of legal documents leading to definitive agreements.-Coordination between various transaction advisors viz technical, financial and legal for structuring the transaction, preparation of materials including TEV study reports, LLC reports/opinions for lenders and investors-Interaction with clients and lenders to comply with the loan disbursement conditions.=All aspects of an engagement – ascertaining issues, functional overview & analysis, identifying gaps, synthesizing project estimates to conclusions.Required Skills and Qualifications:A chartered accountant or a MBA from a reputed business school with a prior experience of 3-4 yearsPreferred Skills:-Analytical thinking-Data analysis-Accounting and finance knowledge-Problem-solving skills-Attention to detail-Strong communication and interpersonal skills-Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
