Techno-Functional Business Analyst

We are looking for a Techno-Functional Business Analyst with expertise in commercial, institutional, or corporate banking to drive digital transformation, particularly in data and AI/GenAI.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform end-to-end requirement analysis for banking products and systems.

- Develop user stories and manage product backlogs in Agile.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize business needs.

- Create and manage BRDs, process flows, UPN, and BPMN diagrams.

- Analyze system integrations, data flows, and dependencies.

- Understand APIs, EoD processes, and intra-day messaging.

- Provide business and technical architecture insights to align solutions with enterprise goals.

- Support data-driven projects, including data lineage, quality, and governance.

- Contribute to AI/GenAI initiatives, ideally with implementation experience.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proven experience in commercial/institutional/corporate banking.

- Strong BA competencies: documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement.

- Experience with process modeling tools and Agile frameworks.

- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

- Exposure to data projects and understanding of data architecture (a plus).

- Prior involvement in AI/GenAI projects (highly desirable).

- Preferred Qualifications:-

- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA certifications.

- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Postman, or Swagger.

- Understanding of cloud-native architectures and microservices (a bonus).
