Job Role: Customer Service Associate

Process: International Voice

Location: TATA Consultancy Services Ltd, Intellion Square (TRIL IT4), A Wing, 1st Floor, Infinity IT Park, General A.K. Vaidya Marg, Malad (East), Mumbai – 400097

Timing: 11:00 AM to 02:00 PM


Candidate to Carry: Updated CV, Photocopy of Aadhaar and EPFO service history, All education /employment documents.


Job Requirement:

  • Graduate with minimum 12 months experience and HSC with minimum 18 months experience and maximum 10 years of experience. BE/BTech with 1-3 years voice experience preferably from contact center industry.
  • Excellent Communication skills and flexibility to work in any shift
  • Must have all educational and work experience documents
  • Mode of salary credit should have been from bank for all the previous employments (No cash in hand).


PFB the norms to be followed during the Interview process.
