Job Title: SAP FICA Functional Architect


Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated SAP FICA Functional Architect with atleast 12 + years’ experience to oversee the finance-related SAP modules and processes for VidaXL. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP, specifically within the finance domain, and a deep understanding of ecommerce business processes. This role will be instrumental in optimizing and streamlining our financial operations, ensuring seamless integration with other business functions, and driving continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:


SAP Module Management: Lead the management and optimization of SAP finance modules (FICO, FSCM, TRM, etc.) to meet business requirements.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations, reporting accuracy, and efficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, Corporate IT, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of SAP processes with overall business strategies.

Project Leadership: Lead and manage SAP finance projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

User Training: Develop and deliver training programs for finance team members and other stakeholders on SAP functionalities and best practices.

Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues related to SAP finance modules, providing expert guidance and support.

Compliance & Security: Ensure financial data integrity, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to security protocols within the SAP environment.

Vendor Management: Collaborate with external SAP vendors and consultants to leverage their expertise and ensure optimal system performance.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP developments and industry trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.


Required Qualifications:


Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP finance module management, with a strong focus on FICO, within an ecommerce or retail environment.

Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP finance modules (FICO, FSCM, TRM, etc.), SAP configuration, and integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM, etc.).

Project Management: Proven track record of successfully managing SAP finance projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective SAP solutions.

Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and mentoring teams.


Preferred Qualifications:


Ecommerce Experience: Previous experience working in an ecommerce retail environment.

Certifications: SAP certifications in relevant modules (e.g., FICO, FSCM).

ERP Knowledge: Understanding of other ERP systems and their integration with SAP.
