Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect scalable and robust backend solutions using Java.
  • Lead technical deep dive sessions, system design discussions, and create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
  • Engage with the hiring manager to evaluate experience, project details, and team fitment.
  • Perform technical screening, focusing on data structures, algorithms, coding, and system design with the US panel.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including planning, execution, risk management, and prioritization.
  • Participate in techno-managerial discussions, with a focus on architecture, system design, and team fitment.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience with Java.
  • Deep knowledge of AWS cloud services and architecture.
  • Proven experience in system design and architecture for large-scale systems.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and coding.
  • Experience in creating and managing High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and risk management skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
