Financial Modeling and Banking Relationships Analyst

Job Title: Financial Modeling and Banking Relationships Analyst

Location: [Hyderabad] Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 5-10 yrs

Job Description: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Modeling and Banking Relationships Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex financial models and cultivating strong banking relationships to support the financial needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Modeling:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to analyze the company's financial performance, forecast future financial outcomes, and evaluate investment opportunities.

- Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and stress testing to assess the impact of various economic and financial variables on the company's financial projections.

- Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management to aid in strategic decision-making.

2. Banking Relationships:

- Establish relationships with banking institutions to facilitate various financial transactions, including loans, credit facilities, and cash management services.

- Negotiate terms and conditions for banking services to ensure they align with the company's financial goals and risk management strategies.

- Monitor and manage existing banking relationships, including prepay CMA data, compliance with covenants and reporting requirements.

3. Data Analysis:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that can inform financial models and banking strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for accurate modeling and financial decision-making.

4. Risk Management:

- Assist in the assessment and management of financial risks, including interest rate risk, liquidity risk, and credit risk, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.

5. Regulatory Compliance:

- Stay up-to-date with relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements to ensure that all financial modeling and banking activities adhere to legal and industry standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. Master's degree or CA.

- Proven experience in financial modeling, with good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Good understanding of banking documents and compliances.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
