Who are we looking: HR Manager ( Generalist Role)


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
  • Develop effective onboarding strategies to ensure new employees are integrated into the organization smoothly.
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the organization.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances, or other issues.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication, employee engagement initiatives, and recognition programs.
  • Maintain employee records, HRIS database and manage HR documents, such as employment contracts and onboarding guides.
  • Prepare and analyze various HR reports as per requirements.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the performance management process that drives high performance.
  • Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example, demonstrating the company’s values and culture.


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role ( 6 - 8 years) , with a track record of successfully managing the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field; additional HR certifications will be a plus.
