Responsibilities :


- Collaborate with business stakeholders and data analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable data pipelines.

- Design and implement data pipelines using cloud-based tools and technologies, with a focus on Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics.

- Utilize experience with AWS Glue and Redshift to demonstrate a broad understanding of cloud data warehousing solutions.

- Develop and maintain data quality checks and data cleansing routines to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

- Leverage expertise in Python and PySpark to perform complex data transformations and manipulations.

- Design and implement data warehousing solutions that efficiently store and manage large datasets.

- Experience developing analytics solutions for specific domains like finance (GL/AP/AR), HR, and procurement is a plus.

- Collaborate with systems integrators or analytics service providers to ensure seamless data integration and deployment.

- Monitor and maintain data pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance optimizations.

- Document data pipelines and processes for future reference.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cloud data engineering tools and technologies.

Technical Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 4-5 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.

- Strong expertise in Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics.

- Familiarity with AWS Glue and Redshift (a plus).

- Proficiency in Python and PySpark for data manipulation and processing.

- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, including data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance.

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.

- Experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.

- Familiarity with cloud-based storage solutions (e. , Azure Blob Storage, Amazon S3) is a plus.

- Basic understanding of version control systems (e., Git) is a plus
