Business Development Manager (RPA Sales) Job DescriptionThis role requires a proactive, dynamic individual who excels at managing the entire sales lifecycle for enterprise technology solutions, particularly in the fields of automation and digital transformation.The successful candidate will possess a balance of relationship-building skills, technical understanding, and sales acumen to contribute to the companys growth and market leadership.Company Overview- Oversee and drive all lead communications through to sales closure, including delivering presentations and conducting initial product demonstrations.- Collaborate closely with the pre-sales team to understand client requirements, map solutions, and provide detailed demonstrations.- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key client contacts for ongoing growth and retention.- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to expand market presence.- Demonstrate experience in team leadership and actively contribute to expanding the sales team.- Foster long-term client and partner relationships to continuously build and manage a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.- Willingness and ability to travel internationally (valid passport required).Required Skills and Proven experience in sales to both private sector and government clients.- Outstanding presentation and communication skills.- Strong understanding of RPA, AI, SFA, BI, ERP, CRM software solutions.- Experience in team management and sales strategy development.Job DetailsLocation: NoidaReporting: Vice President Sales & Marketing (ref:iimjobs.com)
