Job Description

We are seeking a talented Digital Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about designing high-quality, visually appealing digital and web content that engages our audience and effectively communicates our brand message. You will be responsible for designing and creating graphics, layouts, and user interfaces for our websites, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.


This role would be suited to an experienced, versatile Digital Designer with a creative mindset, who is passionate about their personal development and enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Creating assets for all social media platforms, websites, emails and digital advertising with an understanding and awareness of optimizing content for site performance across all devices
  • Creating gifs and animated artwork to align with the creative direction
  • Being organized and proactive, supporting the digital and marketing team in meeting deadlines whilst maintaining high standards
  • Brainstorming asset ideas for campaigns and product launches and quickly translate these into mockups and interactive prototypes
  • Retouching and editing photography
  • Create renders to produce new e-commerce assets to a high standard
  • Participate in design discussions and provide feedback during planning
  • and strategy meetings
  • Research industry trends to present ideas and concepts for timely digital innovation
  • Create impactful content that elevates brand storytelling through graphic design


Required skills and qualifications

  • Meticulous attention to design detail with typography and layout skills.
  • At least 6 years working experience working in a digital designer role.
  • An excellent portfolio.
  • Proficient in Adobe CC’s Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Ability to create infographics/data-visuals to tell data-driven visual stories.
  • Ability to work from branding guidelines.
  • Responsive design experience (desktop, mobile, tablet).
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to work at a fast pace.
  • Team Player.
  • Motivated and self-driven and comfortable in a fast moving, dynamic environment.


Desirable skills and qualifications

  • Illustration and Motion Graphics skills.
  • Basic animation skills using After Effects.
