Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales team to improve customer Experience
- Follow ups on WhatsApp, emails and calls on the status of quotes
- Create quotes for all the Insurance Products like Fire, Marine, Liability, Engineering, Health etc.
- Create Rapport with customers and get appointments for sales team
- Be Customer Centric and resolve Customer queries and do endorsements.
- Arrange appointments for sales team.
Requirements:
- Extreme customer focus with an aim for customer delight
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SME insurance products, including different coverage options, policies, and regulations.
- Freshers looking to build career in Insurance are also welcome
- Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Engineering.
- Results-oriented mindset, self-motivated.
- Good user of AI tools like Chat GPT, Claude, Deep Seek, etc.
Job Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 1.8L to 3.6L
