Service Technician

Lubi Electronics is a leading provider of LT Panels and Control Panel Solutions. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our products at customer sites, ensuring that all systems function optimally and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation and Setup

• Install Systems: Install LT Panels and Control Panel Solutions at customer locations as per design specifications.
• System Configuration: Configure, calibrate, and set up panels and systems to ensure they are fully operational.
• On-Site Inspections: Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and ensure compliance with safety standards.

2. Maintenance and Servicing

• Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance services on LT Panels and Control Panel Solutions to ensure optimal performance and prevent system failures.
• Component Replacement: Replace defective or worn-out parts, including circuit boards, wiring, and control components, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Upgrades and Modifications: Assist customers with upgrades to existing systems to improve performance or comply with regulatory changes.

3. Troubleshooting and Repairs

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues with LT Panels and Control Panel Solutions, using specialized tools and equipment.
• Repair Services: Perform on-site repairs of systems and equipment, ensuring quick resolutions to minimize client disruptions.

• Client Communication: Provide exceptional customer service by communicating directly with clients about the status of installations, repairs, and maintenance.

5. Documentation and Reporting

• Service Logs: Maintain accurate records of services performed, including installation details, repairs, parts replaced, and service schedules.
• Service Reports: Complete detailed service reports after each job and submit them to the management team for review.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of tools, spare parts, and inventory required for service tasks, and request supplies when necessary.

6. Safety and Compliance

• Adhere to Safety Protocols: Follow all safety procedures while performing installations and servicing to ensure the safety of personnel and clients.
• Compliance with Standards: Ensure that installations and repairs comply with local regulations and industry standards.
• Preventive Safety Checks: Perform safety checks during installations and servicing to ensure panels and systems meet all safety requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education: A Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience:
• 1 years of experience in servicing LT Panels, Control Panel Solutions, or related electronic products.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Experience in customer service and technical support is preferred.

• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of electrical components, systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of LT Panels and Control Panel Solutions.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
• Proficient with tools and test equipment used for electrical diagnostics and repairs.
