- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager Business Development.

- The Senior Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with business development, including identifying potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and developing strategies to expand the company's client base.

- The role requires strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

For a Business Development Manager role in a battery manufacturing company, the right person is someone who possesses a blend of :


- Technical knowledge.


- Strategic thinking.

- Excellent interpersonal Should have a bachelor's degree in engineering (specialization in Chemistry, Materials Science or electrochemistry is an added advantage).

- Someone with over 5 years of experience in the energy storage industry, starting from R&D roles and transitioning into business development will be right fit for this role.

- The person should have a deep understanding of battery technologies, manufacturing processes, and market dynamics.

- A strong technical background in battery chemistry, manufacturing processes, and quality control standards.

- Should keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the battery market and utilizes this knowledge to identify market opportunities and develop strategic business plans.
