Job Overview:

- We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented IP Analyst to join our team at Trydan Tech.

- The IP Analyst will be critical in managing and protecting our intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, and trade secrets.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intellectual property law, particularly in battery technology and energy storage systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Patent Research and Analysis:

- Conduct thorough research on existing patents and analyze their relevance to Trydan Tech's innovations.

- Identify potential patent infringements and evaluate the patentability of new inventions.

IP Portfolio Management:

- Maintain and manage the company's IP portfolio, including patents, trademarks, and trade secrets.

- Ensure timely filing and renewal of patents and trademarks.

IP Strategy Development:

- Collaborate with R&D, legal, and business teams to develop and implement strategies for protecting Trydan Tech's intellectual property.

- Advise on potential risks and opportunities related to IP.

Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) Analysis:

- Perform FTO analysis to assess the risk of infringement before launching new products or entering new markets.

Patent Drafting and Filing:

- Assist in drafting patent applications and coordinate with external patent attorneys to ensure accurate and timely filing.

Competitor IP Monitoring:

- Monitor competitors' IP activities and provide insights on potential challenges or opportunities.

- Keep the team informed of industry trends and legal developments related to IP.

Licensing and Collaboration:

- Support licensing negotiations and collaborations by providing IP-related insights and ensuring the protection of Trydan Tech's proprietary technologies.

Legal Support:

- Support in any legal Queries arising in any Team Regarding BD, Sales, Policies, Management Etc.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of all IP-related activities, including invention disclosures, patent filings, and IP audits.

- Generate regular reports on the status of the IP portfolio.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, or a related field.

- Additional qualifications in Intellectual Property Law are highly desirable.

Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IP Analyst, preferably in energy storage, battery technology, or related industries.

- Registered Patent agent is Mandatory.

Skills:.

- Strong understanding of patent law and intellectual property management.

- Ability to analyze complex technical documents and patents.

- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

- Proficiency in using patent databases and IP management software.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Chemistry, Material Science, or From Science Background.

- Familiarity with international patent laws and procedures.

- Experience with IP litigation and enforcement.
