Responsibilities


Business Development

  • Manage API business in assigned territories and achieve budgeted sales & growth
  • Formulate strategy to drive business growth in assigned regions
  • Add new customers for APIs produced by Unichem
  • Manage a network of channel partners and end customers
  • Travel within India & internationally to meet customers for BD initiatives.
  • Project Management New customers, new opportunities

Business Operations

  • Manage a team and develop them for effective customer relationship management
  • Work closely with SCM, Production, QA & RA in order to respond effectively to customer requirements and ensure customer delight
  • Arranging customer audits and regulatory audits.
  • Effectively manage receivables.


Desired Skills

  • Experience with proven expertise in handling API business India markets and emerging markets.
  • Strong knowledge and insights about the regulatory filings.
  • Efficient in managing existing businesses and customer’s portfolio.
  • Experience in inter-departmental co-ordination to ensure meeting of budgeted sales in the region.
  • Ability to try new approaches when faced with challenges.
  • Proactive and flexible to work in any demanding timeline environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
