Roles and Responsibilities :- As a Data Scientist, you will take a hands-on role building our cutting-edge shipping intelligence platform.- Using the latest ML, deep learning, and AI techniques, you will research and deploy sophisticated models to solve tangible problems like optimizing logistics.- You will partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to get these data-driven solutions into production, directly enabling a delightful and efficient shipping experience for millions of users.What We're Looking For :- 3+Years experience in analytics, data science role- Strong Data & Analytics Skills - Proficiency in SQL & Python for data wrangling, analytics, and automation- Experience in building and operating Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model solutions in large production scale environments- Strong Communication - Ability to turn complex findings into actionable recommendations for Product, AI, and Engineering teams- AI/LLM Experience - Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for AI-powered insights (Preferred)- Model Evaluation Know-How - Ability to define metrics and evaluation frameworks for assessing ML-driven taxonomy and classification models (ref:hirist.tech)
