In this pivotal role, you will craft detailed, accurate, and visually stunning visualizations that not only convey ideas to clients and stakeholders but also contribute to iconic global infrastructure projects, ultimately shaping the skylines of countries and leaving a lasting impact on the AEC sector worldwide.Technical skills:- Exceptional understanding of 3D modeling principles. - Proven expertise in architectural visualization and construction animation. - A strong aptitude for visual storytelling through 3D visualization, with the ability to articulate concepts to team members. - Keen perception of light, color, and realistic textures. - In-depth knowledge of relevant software and its optimal applications for desired outcomes. - Results-oriented and deadline-driven, with a client-first approach. - Highly dedicated and enthusiastic, demonstrating a strong work ethic. - Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring authenticity in objects, textures, and lighting. - Proficiency in animation, VFX, and video editing is a significant advantage. - Understanding of construction methods and logistics. - Ability to generate high-quality images and animations by leveraging rendering software to simulate lighting, shadows, reflections, and other visual effects.Software knowledge:- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects. (Must) - Knowledge in the Latest animation and visualizing software such as Twin Motion, Unreal Engine, Lumion, 3Ds Max, Maya, V-Ray. (Must) - Knowledge of Fuzor (Advantage) - Continues learning and staying updated with the latest trends and techniques in 3D visualization to produce cutting-edge work.
