Key Responsibilities :

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Prism Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data visualizations, reports, and dashboards using Workday's native analytics tool, "Prism Analytics," to extract actionable insights from HR and business data, requiring strong understanding of Workday data structures, reporting capabilities, and data analysis skills to translate complex business needs into effective reports for stakeholders.

Here's how you'll contribute :

- Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions using Workday Prism.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop data pipelines.

- Develop and maintain data warehouses, data marts, and ETL processes.

- Troubleshoot data integration issues and optimize data pipelines

- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday Prism.

Core Experience :

- 35 years of experience building reports and analytics in Workday, including use of Prism Analytics.

- Expertise in Workday HCM modules (core HR, payroll, time tracking, etc.) and understanding of Workday data

structures.

- Deep understanding of Prism features, including data blending, Calculated Fields, data visualization options, and

reporting capabilities.

- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights from complex datasets.

- Familiarity with SQL, data manipulation techniques, and potentially other data integration tools.

- Effectively communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
