Description :Role Summary :- Lead full-lifecycle IT projects in the insurance domain using the Waterfall methodology. - Focus on implementation, system integration, upgrades (non-operations support). - Multiple concurrent projects, strong governance, vendor & stakeholder management.Key Responsibilities :- Define scope, milestones, schedule, resources using MS Project or equivalent- Manage project financials: budget forecasting, variance tracking, cost control- Oversee risk, change, issue, and dependency management- Collaborate with insurance domain business units for requirement validation- Manage vendors: SOWs, deliverables, oversight- Produce status reports, maintain project documentation, ensure governance complianceRequired Skills & Experience:- 5+ years in IT project delivery (non-operations)- Solid Insurance Background - Must- Proven experience with Waterfall methodology- Expert in project scheduling tools (MS Project)- Strong financial, vendor, stakeholder, risk management skills- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making- Bachelors in IT/CS or related; PMP or equivalent preferred (ref:hirist.tech)
