The values that form our foundation are: ● Radical customer centricity ● Ownership-driven culture ● Keeping everything simple ● Long-term thinking ● Complete transparencyKey Responsibilities: Manage and secure network infrastructure including: Meraki & Arubaaccess points, L2/L3 switches Palo Alto Firewallsand associated network security features OverseeCASB, ZTNA, and Proxysolutions using Palo Alto GlobalProtect. Design, implement, and monitor network security policies in alignment withSEBI CSCRFandRBI cybersecurity guidelines. Conduct periodicrisk assessments, VAPT, and policy reviewsfor network security controls. Collaborate with compliance and internal security teams to map technical controls to regulatory requirements. Ensure secure network segmentation, VPN access control, and endpoint network compliance. Troubleshoot complex network and security issues across hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments. Contribute toincident responseandforensic analysisfor network-related security incidents. Maintain documentation of policies, SOPs, and security architecture diagrams.Required Skills & Experience 6+ yearsof hands-on experience in network and security engineering. Strong expertise inPalo Alto firewalls, GlobalProtect, and security policy configuration. Practical knowledge ofMeraki and Aruba switching & wireless solutions. Proven experience innetwork segmentation, VPNs, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA). Deep knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi. Exposure toCASBframeworks and integration with enterprise security tools. Familiarity withcompliance-driven environments(SEBI, RBI, ISO, SOC2 preferred). Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex, high-scale environments. Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, Security, and Compliance teams.Preferred Certifications PCNSE,CCNP Security/Aruba Certified/Meraki Specialist Knowledge ofSEBI CSCRFor RBI Cybersecurity Framework
