NoBrokerHood - Assistant Director - Affordable Inside Sales

Responsibilities:
1. Drive visits across different cities to support and enhance the efforts of the field sales team.
2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and source potential leads.
3. Lead efforts to drive conversion rates across various lead sources, ensuring optimal results.
4. Take ownership of the business generated through inside-sales visits, setting and achieving ambitious targets.
5. Be accountable for improving month-on-month individual and team-level performance, implementing strategies for continuous growth.
6. Develop and implement new processes to enhance team efficiency and contribute to the expansion of the team.
7. Visiting other cities(where we operate) to provide in-person support and assistance to the teams.
