Role Overview: We are looking for a talented Frontend Developer who will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, transforming design mock-ups and wireframes into high-quality code. Your focus will be on optimizing front-end performance, maintaining visual consistency, and ensuring application responsiveness across devices and platforms. This role demands strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks and best practices in UI/UX implementation. Key Responsibilities: Develop responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web interfaces using modern front-end technologies. Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to create seamless user experiences. Implement and maintain reusable code and frontend libraries for future use. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility. Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility. Translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality code with pixel-perfect accuracy. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices. Debug and troubleshoot frontend issues to improve performance and usability. Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, and modern frontend frameworks like React.js, Next.js, or Angular. Experience with front-end build tools like Webpack or Vite. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling. Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API). Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Experience with unit testing and debugging of front-end applications. Understanding of SEO principles and web accessibility standards. Ability to thrive in an agile development environment. Nice-to-Have: Experience with TypeScript. Familiarity with Graph QL and headless CMS platforms. Basic exposure to backend frameworks like Express. Basic exposure to AWS Amplify and Docker. Understanding of UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Behance, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
