Flam has raised a $14 million Series A round led by global technology investor RTP Global with participation from Dovetail and select others bringing the total funding to $22 million.The next phase of growth is to accelerate R&D on its app-less GenAI infrastructure that lets brands create, publish and measure high-fidelity MR, 3D & Digital experiences inKey Focus Areas:Product Roadmap : Upcoming releases include GenAI-driven 3D asset generation, Democratising MR deployment at scale, Enterprise Suite of Products across Industries, and Infrastructure for broadcasters and fan engagement. Geography : Funds will support new enterprise pods in North America, Europe and the Middle East while deepening Asia operations. Partnerships : Flam will expand its partner program for creative studios and global platforms, enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll-out.About the Role :We’re looking for a 3D Generalist who enjoys working across the full 3D pipeline. Your day-to-day will include modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, and helping push projects from rough ideas to finished visuals. If you like switching between different kinds of tasks and figuring things out as you go, you’ll fit right in.What you’ll do:Build clean 3D models, environments, and simple animations. Handle texturing, shading, lighting, and rendering. Prepare and optimize assets for both high-quality and real-time outputs. Work closely with our design and motion teams to bring concepts to life. Keep project files organized and solve small problems as they come up.What we’re looking for :Solid skills in tools like Blender/Maya/3ds Max, Substance, etc. Understanding of PBR and common rendering workflows. Ability to work in different visual styles when needed. A portfolio that shows what you can create.If you like making things look good, enjoy the craft, and want to work on a wide mix of projects, we’d love to talk.
