Job Description:


Customer Engagement Representative is responsible for conducting outbound

calls to potential leads, introducing products or services, and driving revenue

through effective sales techniques. They engage with prospects, understand their

needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. The role involves

meeting or exceeding sales targets, maintaining positive customer relationships,

and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Academic Qualification:Any graduate/ postgraduate

Experience Desired:1 to 2 years experience


Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to leads to introduce our products and services.

• Soft sell our products by effectively communicating their features and benefits.

• Welcome customers with personalised calls upon product purchase to ensure

a smooth onboarding process.

• Conduct feedback calls to gather insights on customers' product experiences

and address any concerns or issues they may have.

• Document all interactions with customers accurately and efficiently in our CRM

system.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer inquiries and issues

are resolved promptly and effectively.

• Strive to meet or exceed performance targets related to call volume, sales, and

customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.Previous experience in customer support or

sales roles preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

• Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.

• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

• Prior experience into Tele Sales.
