ADC & DAC is a must.Job Title:Analog Design Engineer Lead Location:Bengaluru, India Experience:5+ Years (Relevant Experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design)Role Overview: We are looking for an experiencedAnalog Lead Design Engineerto drive the design and development ofAnalog Front-End (AFE) circuitsfor our advancedsensor-based systems . The ideal candidate will have deep expertise indata converters (ADCs/DACs)andprecision analog signal chains , leading projects from concept to silicon validation. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and validationof high-performanceADCs and DACsfor sensor data acquisition and signal processing systems. Architect and developlow-noise analog circuits , includingamplifiers, filters, and signal conditioning blocks . Manage completeASIC design flow , from architecture definition and schematic design totape-out and silicon bring-up . Mentor and guidejunior analog designers, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing within the team. Work collaboratively withdigital, firmware, and test engineering teamsto ensure seamless system integration and optimal performance. Performpost-silicon validation and characterization , driving design improvements and yield optimization. Required Qualifications: B.Tech/M.Tech/Ph.D. inElectrical / Electronics / Microelectronics Engineering . 5+ yearsof hands-on experience inanalog and mixed-signal IC design . Demonstrated expertise inADC/DAC designwith at leastone successful tape-out . Strong background inlow-noise amplifiers, voltage/current references, and precision analog design . Proficiency inCadence Virtuoso ,Spectre , andCalibredesign and verification tools. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability totake ownershipof complex design blocks and deliver results with minimal supervision. Preferred Skills: Experience withlow-power designforbattery-operated and portable systems . Familiarity withsensor interfacessuch asMEMS, capacitive, or piezoelectric sensors . Understanding ofEMI/EMC compliance ,signal integrity , andfunctional safety standards (ISO 26262, IEC 61508) . Knowledge ofmixed-signal verification methodologiesand collaboration with digital verification teams.
