We are currently looking for Sr. Manager- HR for Noida/Delhi location.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Human Resources or B.Tech/MBA will be preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR management roles, with demonstrated expertise in all areas of HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.



Job Responsibilities

·      Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates who best fit the organization's needs and culture.

·      Training and Development

·      Maintaining positive relations between employees and management, handling grievances, and resolving conflicts in the workplace.

·      Implementing performance appraisal systems, setting goals, providing feedback, and managing performance improvement plans.

·      Designing and managing compensation structures, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits, to attract and retain talent while ensuring fairness and compliance with regulations.

·      Developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices.

·      HR Analytics and Reporting

·      Employee Engagement and Retention: Implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, such as employee recognition programs, career development opportunities, and work-life balance initiatives.

·      Organizational Development: Collaborating with management to identify organizational needs and develop strategies for organizational effectiveness, change management, and succession planning.

·      HR Administration: Overseeing administrative tasks such as payroll processing, employee records management, and ensuring compliance with documentation and reporting requirements.
