Detailed JD:

U4/P1band - Role: SAP BASIS Technology Consultant.

Primary Skillset:

- Overall 10+ years' experience in SAP Basis and HANA/ORACLE Database/DB2/MaxDB

- 5 + years' experience with SAP HANA database administration (prefer HANA 2.0).

- Perform SAP system migration to Azure/ cloud, Installation ,System Copy ,DB Refresh and configuration using DMO (SUM tool) and using SWPM export/import.

- Hands-on experience on SAP BASIS, SAP HANA (Mandatory) S4HANA, Oracle, ASE Sybase, MaxDB (Any 2 DB), SAP ERP / ECC, BW, Ariba, SCM, Solman, BOBJ, BODS, PO, PI, Portal (Modules Upgrade / migration experience) E2E until Production delivery.

- Experience in updating the SAP Patches to the new versions.

- 3 + years' experience with Linux environments.

- Experience in SAP Production Systems Level3 Support

- Database management, monitoring, and maintenance.

- Database administration for Oracle on premises and in cloud.

- Experience supporting SAP application.

- Experience working on performance management, and tuning.

- Experience working on HANA database upgrade and patching.

- Experience in administering and implementing the DR SAP Systems.

- 24x7 on-call duties to maintain system availability.

- Work individually and own database support operations.

- Relevant SAP Certification would be an add-on.

- Experience in SAP on cloud platforms would be a plus.

- Experience in Performance tuning

Basic qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in information science / Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.

- Candidate must have exposure on Azure Cloud services/ SAP Work Loads

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and External organizations.

- Conduct technical sessions for internal teams, partners and customers.

- Consult for optimal design of application and database environments, analyzing complex distributed and production deployments, and making recommendations to optimize performance.
