Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and solutions.
  • Create detailed business analyses, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit, refine, and document business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and procedures.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new systems and processes.
  • Conduct research to support strategic and operational planning.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Monitor and report on project progress and identify potential issues.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using analytical tools and techniques to derive insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and present to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
  • Certification in Advance Excel Mandatory
  • Certification in Power BI Mandatory
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
