Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Xceptor Developer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with the Xceptor platform, particularly in automating data processes and operational workflows in banking and financial services environments.

You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and data control.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy solutions using the Xceptor platform.

- Automate complex data processing tasks including ingestion, transformation, validation, and output.

- Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure solutions meet client standards for quality, performance, and maintainability.

- Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing.

- Provide support and troubleshooting for deployed workflows and applications.

- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile delivery practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5- 8 years of total IT experience with 2- 4 years specifically on Xceptor.

- Strong understanding of data ingestion, validation, enrichment, transformation, and export processes within Xceptor.

- Hands-on experience building workflows, data models, and rules engines in Xceptor.

- Solid understanding of financial services, especially capital markets, banking operations, or asset management.

- Proficiency with related technologies such as SQL, XML, JSON, and scripting (Python preferred).

- Experience in Agile delivery environments.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Xceptor certification (if available).

- Exposure to regulatory reporting, reconciliations, or data controls within BFSI domain.

- Experience with DevOps practices and version control tools like Git.
